SafeNOW Project and Retirement Update

MPA member, Margaret Bullens is the founder and Executive Director of the SafeNOW Project. The SafeNOW Project strives to prevent sexual violence through community action, education and public policy. Margaret has received national attention through the Fox & Friends show, Dr. Phil Show and Larry King Show. For more information, please visit: www.safenowproject.org

Two of our distinguished members are unplugging their polygraph instruments for good. Don Eskew and Walt Morton are retiring.

Don Eskew has been an MPA member since 1978. He retired from the Springfield Police Department in 1986, and has been in private polygraph practice. He and Fern plan to enjoy time relaxing and fishing on their 100 acre farm. It has been a pleasure to know Don and we appreciate his long-time support of the polygraph profession.

Walt Morton has been a long-time member of the MPA, and also retired from the Springfield Police Department in 1994. He currently works at the Missouri State University Department of Public Safety. Although Walt has not been an active polygraph examiner since his retirement, he has maintained an interest in the profession and in the Missouri Polygraph Association. Walt was in a serious automobile accident in June of this year, but has made a remarkable recovery. Walt has spent much of his life serving the public.

Congratulations and best wishes to these fine polygraph professionals.

The Polygraph Museum

The Northwest Polygraph Examiner’s Association has put up a new web site, titled "The Polygraph Museum."

It consists of approximately 50 + thumbnail descriptions of antique polygraph instruments, including pictures, going back to 1925. We hope that you will notify your members of this new web site for their education and entertainment.

The web site can be found at:
